Arbitracer is an analysis and tracking tool developed for Amazon sellers. You can conduct product research, make decisions with profitability calculations, and easily track your inventory and orders through the system. It also offers instant analysis on Amazon via its Chrome extension.

Tokens are analysis credits used to search for products in Arbitracer. Each analysis consumes a certain number of tokens. You can perform as many product searches as the number of tokens included in your purchased package.

Yes. When your monthly package is renewed, your defined token balance is reset and reissued each month. Unused tokens do not carry over to the next month.

This feature allows you to analyze the cost, commission, and net profit of the orders you receive. In each package, you can track orders equal to half the total number of tokens.

With the Inventory Tracking module, you can examine the current status of the products in your store in detail. This feature allows you to analyze stock levels, total number of sellers, physical characteristics of the product (such as size and weight), and sales performance over time. You can also view the real-time profit margin for each product.

This is a special package designed for users who only want to perform product analysis. With this package, you can analyze products instantly while browsing Amazon via Chrome. In all other packages, the Chrome extension is included and works in full integration with the analysis module.

• If you only want to do product research: The Chrome Extension Package is sufficient.
• If you need features like inventory and order tracking: You should choose the Welcome or higher packages.

Yes. You can request to upgrade or downgrade your package anytime from your account. Your new package will take effect either immediately or in the next billing cycle, depending on your choice.

We offer standard email support to all our users. Professional Package users have access to a priority support line.

On our platform, each "token" is used to scan one product. Except for our "Welcome" package, which is offered exclusively to first-time users, all other packages initially include 10,000 tokens. There are 250 tokens in the "Welcome" package.

If the tokens in any package run out, we offer our users the opportunity to purchase additional tokens. However, this additional token purchase is only valid for package uses other than the "Welcome" package. Users who want to purchase additional tokens can purchase additional tokens in the amount of 5,000 or multiples at the point where their tokens are run out, in packages other than the "Welcome" package.

Additional token purchases provide our users with the opportunity to continue their browsing processes without interruption. Token purchases are an advantage offered to increase the overall efficiency of the platform and improve the user experience.

You can change the package you use at any time. You can access the process of switching to a different package from Account Settings → Subscription → Change Subscription. When you request to switch to a lower package, the new package you choose is defined when your old package period or usage right expires.

You can terminate the use of the package at any time by contacting us on our contact page. The amount of days you use is calculated and the remaining amount is refunded to your account within 3 days.
